LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Relaxed Pub Company No. 2 Ltd has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as Dancing Moose Bournemouth (formerly La Tasca), 23-27 Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth BH2 6DT. The application is to add live and recorded music to the licence, to change the start time for licensable activities to 9 a.m. instead of 10 a.m., to allow late night refreshment until the premises closes at 00:30 hours, to remove non-standard timings for Christmas Day and Good Friday, to remove redundant conditions, to attach new conditions to promote the licensing objectives and to approve an amended layout plan for the ground floor only. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 19th March 2018. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www. bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
