I/We Wild Cherry Ltd do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Wild Cherry Ltd 91 Queens Park Road, Brighton. BN2 0GJ. for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: The Sale (from) & Consumption (on) of alcohol from the premises above between the hours of 12.00 - 20.00 hours each day 7days a week.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 28 days from this advertisement date, with a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
