TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION REVOCATION ORDER 2018 -CROWHURST ROAD
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make a Revocation Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
(a) WHEREAS Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") in the exercise of its powers under section 14 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers made the Brighton & Hove (Crowhurst Road) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2018 ("the previous order") on 21 May 2018.
(b) The previous order was required in order to allow contractors to safely disconnect a gas supply in the footway and carriageway.
(c) AND WHEREAS the gas contractor has not started the Council now intends to make this Revocation Order which revokes the previous order and has no other effect.
