PIERS Morgan’s personal trainer is offering the chance to work out just like the TV presenter.

Three-time Olympian Sarah Lindsay is due to put a host of celebrities through their paces as part of a virtual charity event.

Her Roar Fitness business is offering the public the chance to take part in a number of workouts which will be streamed worldwide on September 1 to raise money for Women’s Aid.

Professor Green, Pixie Lott and Henry Holland are set to be put to the test by Sarah, while Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw will be the guest DJ for the event.

Roar Fitness, owned by Sarah, has created a group training programme entitled Roar Metal.

The 45-minute full-body, weight-training classes will be streamed live for £5 a ticket.

Sarah, a former speed skater and nine-time British Ladies Champion, is a personal trainer to a host of celebs including Piers Morgan, Ellie Goulding, Mel B and Christine Lampard.

The 41-year-old shockingly revealed the celebrity client most likely to have been an Olympian is Piers, in a recent interview with The Sun’s Dab Daily.

“Piers could definitely have been an Olympian,” she said. “He’s the most competitive man on the planet and you need that streak to make it to the top of any sporting field.

“He’s driven, has bags of self-belief, is massively resilient — and tough too.

“If I tell him he’s had a good session, his reply will be, ‘I know’.”

The Newick-born TV presenter enlisted the help of Sarah after revealing his 2021 resolution was to weigh the same as his TV rival Eamonn Holmes, who dropped from 18st to 15st.

The former Good Morning Britain host, who left the ITV breakfast show in March after storming off set following a clash with co-star Alex Beresford, recently revealed he weighed 16st after lockdown saw his weight increase.

Vowing to get in shape, he said: “My resolution is to weigh the same as Eamonn Holmes by the end of 2021.”

And if the presenter’s Instagram posts are anything to go by, his workouts with Sarah at one of the three Roar Fitness gyms she owns in London may be working.

Tickets for the new group exercise class, Roar Metal, are on sale now with all ticket sales going to Women's Aid.
