If there is just one thing you could say about the people of Rottingdean it's that they know how to stage a good event. Each year this village probably has more annual events than any other village for miles around.
Next Saturday (the 19th) it's the turn of the Rottingdean and Saltdean Lions Club to hold their annual fayre amidst the attractive settings of the Village Green in Rotttingdean.
There will be something for everybody including: Side Shows, Craft Stalls, Children's Games, Refreshments along with a Licensed Bar and a BBQ.
Geoff Rhodes, President of the \lions, said: "this is our major fundraiser of the year - we raised over £4,000 last year". All the money goes towards helping local good causes.
The fayre starts at 11am and finishes at 4pm.
