A spot of house hunting turned into a luxury spa weekend for one lucky couple when they visited CALA Homes’ Cresswell Park development in Angmering.

David Hurst and Jen Hoad heard about an open day at the development on Roundstone Lane to celebrate the opening of a new showhome and decided to go along. The couple are currently renting in Felpham, Bognor Regis and were looking to buy their first home together. During their visit they entered a prize draw to win a spa weekend at the luxury Bailiffscourt Hotel and were delighted to find that they had won.

David said: “I had heard of CALA Homes and knew they had a good reputation so when we saw an advert for the open day we decided to go and take a look around, even though we’re not quite ready to make a move yet. We were really impressed with what we saw, the standard of the houses is excellent, well designed and with a fantastic specification.

“Malcolm, the sales consultant was extremely helpful and when he asked if we’d like to enter the prize draw we thought why not! We couldn’t believe it when we got the call a few days later to say we had won.”

David and Jen recently visited the Bailiffscourt Hotel in nearby Climping to take up their prize. David said: “We had a wonderful weekend, it was really relaxing and we enjoyed every minute. We’d like to say a big thank you to CALA and we’ll certainly be coming back to Cresswell Park when we’re ready to buy our new home.”
