Concorde 2, Brighton, Tuesday, November 19
INDIE rockers Mystery Jets have announced a new album and UK tour.
The London band will play the Concorde 2 on Tuesday, November 19.
Tickets go on sale on Friday, August 16.
In addition the group have announced the details of their forthcoming new record.
A Billion Heartbeats will be released on September 27.
It comes three years after the group’s last studio record, 2016’s Curve Of The Earth.
Made up of Blaine Harrison, William Rees, Jack Flanagan and Kapil Trivedi, Mystery Jets formed in 2003 and quickly cemented themselves as favourites on the indie scene.
Their sound was considered ground breaking at the time and has spawned a new wave of indie music.
Their debut record, Making Dens, reached number 32 in the charts.
Until the release of Curve Of The Earth it was their highest charting record.
The band’s UK tour kicks off on November 5 in Cambridge and the group will visit ten more cities across the country, including Brighton, before finishing the autumn jaunt at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
