To mis-quote Frank Zappa emo isn't dead, it just smells funny.
And one of the bands that is still flying the emo flag, albeit with a pop edge, is the hotly-tipped keyboard-driven I Was A Cub Scout.
The two-piece boy band hail from the "two best villages in Britain" and have already been causing some interest, having just completed a 35-date tour.
The band is already scheduled in a support slot for Editors once the Great Escape is over and will be playing at the Download Festival later this year.
- Starts 7.45pm, day pass £19.50. Call 08700 400076.
