Only six months ago Newton Faulkner was playing the comparatively tiny Joogleberry Playhouse. Now, following the success of his number one debut album Hand Built By Robots, he has sold out the Corn Exchange.
The London-based musician plays a hand-made guitar, and learned his chops at the Academy Of Contemporary Music in Guildford, having first picked up a guitar at the age of 13. Next month sees the single release of the 22-year-old dreadlocked singer-songwriter's cover of Massive Attack classic Teardrop to round off an impressive year.
- Starts 7pm, SOLD OUT. Call 01273 709709 for returns.
