Belfast's guitar hero is back in his new hometown of Brighton to play an intimate blues show.
The legend of the fretboard made his name with Thin Lizzy and Skid Row before his solo career took off with his 1979 hit Parisienne Walkways. He turned away from rock to move back towards his blues roots with his 1990's Still Got The Blues album and its follow-up After Hours, which featured cameos from guitarists Albert King, BB King and Albert Collins.
This year Gary investigated acoustic blues with his latest album Close As You Get.
- Starts 8pm, tickets £25. Call 01273 673311.
