It's more than 25 years since Slade The Leveller first gathered his New Model Army together to do battle on the English rock scene.
Now, with nine albums behind them and a devoted cult following, the man once known as Justin Sullivan is still leading his band out from their Bradford home across the country, with their latest album High released a few months ago.
The five-piece have suffered at the hands of the bad luck fairy on this tour. A laptop containing all their tour samples was stolen from keyboard player Dean White's home before shows even began, and due to a technicality they were denied visas for the North American leg of the tour.
- Starts 7.30pm, tickets £15. Call 01273 673311.
