Manchester has spawned some of the biggest bands in the history of indie rock.
Hoping to join the likes of The Smiths, Stone Roses, Happy Mondays and Oasis are The Courteeners.
The four-piece made their mark in their hometown by selling out Manchester University's Academy 3 and the 1,000-plus capacity Academy 2 venues before they even signed a record deal or recorded a note.
With Blur, Babyshambles and Morrissey producer Stephen Street helping them record their debut album and both NME and Radio One shouting loudly about them this could be your last chance to see the band this close up.
Starts 7pm, tickets £7. Call 01273 728999.
