Libaux's combination of New Wave tunes in a bossa nova setting returns after headlining last year's Great Escape Festival.
Last year saw Nouvelle Vague release Band A Parte, their second collection of post-punk songs recorded in a lounge style, including Bauhaus's Bela Lugosi's Dead and New Order's Blue Monday. The band was also behind the compilation New Wave, which captures some of the stars of post-punk covering classic pop, including The Stranglers, Joy Division and Gary Numan.
