Twee indie is the sort of music that divides people. It either has the effect of making you smile and jiggle your head about, or it is so relentlessly upbeat that murderous thoughts begin to set in.
Mixing banjos, glockenspiels, recorders, fiddles and beats straight from your school disco, duo Jof and Peter literally tra-la-la together and sing songs about beating the bullies with Kung Fu.
The Buckinghamshire-based pair have just released their second album, The Law Of The Playground, complete with a toy-festooned front cover, which is the follow-up to their 2005 debut The Best Party Ever.
