It gives four of the UK's most exciting songwriters and poets the opportunity to consider the place of words in their work, experiment and bounce ideas off each other.
For ten years, Emma Pollock has been a key contributor to Scottish band The Delgados and is working on a solo release.
Brighton's Chris T-T is a radical wordsmith, with observational poetry and storytelling at the heart of his music; Brendan Cleary, is a respected and darkly comic poet and Sore Throat is the poetry and beat combination of Mike Benson and DJ Will Flisk.
