Thoughts of Cornwall generally involve pasties, surfboards and Jethro - the veteran storyteller is almost as well-known asthose other two symbols of the South West.
A figurehead for legions of Cornish folk who can be found propping up bars in his home county, the man who has demonstrated the art of pasty-making during five appearances on BBC's The Generation Game continues to sell out theatres across the land with his rambling tales, slapstick gags and antiquated puns.
"Long may you all laugh with him," as his biography says, ahead of his latest visit along the coast.
- Starts 7.30pm, tickets £17.50. Call 01323 412000.
