Six years on from their opening at the Nightingale Theatre above the Grand Central pub, Prodigal Theatre is set to tread the boards there for what could be the last time.
Actor-managers Miranda Henderson and Alister O’Loughlin are moving on to new projects with Prodigal Theatre, and handing the reins of the Nightingale to new manager Steve Brett and his team.
To mark the occasion Prodigal is presenting the final part of their Tragedian Trilogy, covering the last years of England’s most celebrated and controversial actor, Edmund Kean.
Before the performance there will be an official handover from 7pm, which will see the team look back over their years at the venue.
* Starts 9pm, tickets £8.50/£6.50. Call 01273 709709.
