Andrew Maxwell answers The Guide's big comedy questions.
What were you most scared of as a child? Snakes and I’m still scared of them now. I think the only good use for a snake is dead and under a door.
What is the funniest thing you’ve ever seen or heard? Not a mature answer but a startlingly tuneful fart is still the funniest thing.
What would people be most surprised to learn about you? I’m the co-founder of the Altitude Comedy Festival which is based at the ski/snowboard resort Mayrhofen, Austria.
What would you be doing if you weren’t a comic? Go Mad!
What’s your biggest regret? I don’t believe in regrets, just apologise and move on.
What’s your solution for world peace? A mandatory Magic Mushroom day at the UN.
What’s your worst habit? I swear like a drunken sailor who has just dropped a hammer on himself.
What’s the worst injury you’ve ever had and how did you get it? Snowboarding I smashed my ribs trying to do a foolhardy trick (when I was a lot younger).
What would you change about yourself if you could? To be more organised. (slightly more punctual wouldn’t go a miss either.).
What’s the greatest thing money can’t buy and the greatest thing it can? Love sweet sweeet love and Time.
