DOWNS Sir Diarmuid CBE FRS Died on 12th February, 2014 at home in Hove aged 91. Husband of Carmel Downs and father of Ann, Lucy, Clare and Martin. The Requiem Mass will be held on Thursday, 20th February 2014 at 10.45 a.m. at St Peter's Church, Portland Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 5GD. There will be a reception afterwards in the Church Hall. Diarmuid Downs spent all his adult working life at Ricardo Consulting Engineers and ended up as Managing Director and Chairman. No further flowers please, but donations are welcome to the St Thomas's Fund For the Homeless c/o Bungard & Sons Limited, 90 Sackville Road, Hove, BN3 4HE or online at www.bungards.co.uk
