Roger Ferrand

FERRAND Roger Sadly and unexpectedly passed away on 8th September 2022. Dearly loved Dad to Sara and Vikki. Devoted Grandad to Mike. Beloved Husband of the late Rosemary Ferrand. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. His funeral is on Tuesday 4th October at St. Giles Church, Shermanbury at 1.30pm followed by a committal service at Worthing Crematorium, 3.00pm. Wake to be held at The Castle Inn, Bramber. As per Roger's wishes, no flowers but donations to Sussex Search and Rescue (SusSAR) via www.rogerferrand.muchloved.com or through Chalcraft Funeral Directors, 55 High Street, Steyning.

Roger was a member of Worthing And District Amateur Radio Club and for the past few years, he was our Treasurer.
During my time as Chairman, Roger was extremely supportive and we became good friends. When something needed doing that Roger could manage, he was there. Roger was a caring person and was a member of East Sussex Raynet as well as being a very active member of Sussex Search and Rescue.
It is with great sadness that I write this - he will be sorely missed.
A true friend, RIP.
