PAINE Joyce Proud daughter of Nottinghamshire, wife of Austen Paine, stepmother of Stephanie, Allison and Cameron, teacher, carer, lover of opera, friend of cats and fan of cricket passed away on Friday the 26th of January 2024. She loved Sussex and as her health declined, she moved to Brighton to be close to family. When her time came, she was at peace, comfortable and in the company of loved ones.
