What has happened to the art of personal communication?
When telephoning, I am sick of being subjected to music I do not like and then being told to speak to a machine.
Also, it seems writing letters has become a forgotten art, as I seldom receive replies to mine.
Admittedly technology has greatly advanced, but it has put an end to the personal touch.
Not everyone owns a computer.
