A serious IT failure saw a council lose thousands of pounds.
Adur and Worthing councils discovered major computer hardware problems in December which meant staff could not access emails.
Town hall services including crematoriums and leisure centres were unable to take bookings.
Councillors have now been informed Worthing Leisure Centre lost £16,000 during the period.
The Aquarena and Davison Leisure Centre are yet to report their losses.
Worthing Borough Council’s environment cabinet member Clive Roberts said: “The biggest impact had been from a loss of reputation and a negative impact upon staff who were hindered in booking clients onto classes.”
He added he was not aware of any identifiable losses at the crematorium and staff had developed a paper booking system during the ICT failure.
