A thief stole more than £2,300 from a woman as she left her home in Crawley.

He is described as white, 6’ - 6’1”, in his late 30s, with a full round face, short dark hair and dark eyebrows. He was wearing a dark padded jacket and had an Eastern European accent.

Detective Constable Chris Newby said: “This was a frightening incident for the victim that happened on her own doorstep.”
