Brighton and Hove City Council is obsessed to the point of destroying Brighton and Hove with their war on motorists (Letters, April 12).
First it was the Grand Avenue cycle lane debacle (has anyone seen anyone using it?), then the Old Shoreham Road cycle lane, the size of which is worthy of the entire population of Beijing, and now 20mph limits.
All are totally ridiculous. Providing it is adhered to, 30mph is perfectly acceptable.
When the Greens go, please let drivers reclaim the roads they pay for.
