Three men and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis after a drugs warrant was executed at a barn.
Officers entered the barn in Tower Street, Heathfield, at around 7.50am April 23 and found that several rooms had been sub divided into smaller rooms which contained around 100 cannabis plants as well as cannabis buds that were in the process of drying out.
Detective Constable Richard Holder from East Sussex CID said: "We will always work on intelligence from the local community about the production or dealing of drugs.”
The men aged 25, 26 and 61, and a 56-year-old woman have been bailed until August 11 pending further enquiries.
