I popped into Brighton city centre the other day.
What I saw made me ashamed of my city: litter was strewn everywhere on the pavement – masses of it.
From the Steine, up North Street and along Western Road, it was appalling. Not a street sweeper in sight.
Where are they? I would really like to know. What must visitors think?
Come on, get yourselves together and clean up.
