A school teacher premiered her very own London musical over the weekend.
Anna Rusbatch, who works at Downs Junior School and studies at the University of Sussex, co-wrote the production Kesho Amahoro (Peace Tomorrow) which featured at the International Youth Arts Festival in Kingston.
Set in a Tanzanian refugee camp in 1994, it tells the story of a family escaping the atrocities of the Rwandan genocide.
The musical included a cast of 100 young performers from Braeburn High School in Nairobi and her own Downs Junior School in Brighton.
