Worthing Fire Station open day
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service needs community volunteers.
The scheme recruits volunteers from the local community to help deliver the fire service’s home fire safety check service.
After full training, the volunteers will arrange and carry out home fire safety checks for residents in the Worthing area, as well as getting involved in a range of community safety activities. The scheme is open to anyone over 16 who can commit to a minimum of eight hours’ volunteering each month.
