More cycle paths on Hove Promenade and Dyke Road (The Argus, October 16)? Why?

I constantly see cyclists riding on pavements and the wrong way down St James’s Street in Brighton.

Another story in the same edition told of a poor old man knocked down by a cyclist who did not stop in a subway in Chapel Road, Worthing.

Cyclists should take more responsibility if they want to be taken seriously.

Come on cyclists, organise compulsory training and insurance so pedestrians can be safer too.
