Cyclist airlifted to hospital following Eastbourne crash
A cyclist was airlifted to hospital following a crash outside a golf club.
The 40-year old man was riding a bicycle when it collided with a car in Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, at 7am today.
He was taken by air ambulance to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton with head injuries which are not currently assessed as serious, police said. The road was closed until about 8.45am.
