Frank Gehry is the architect of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
The Times newspaper reported recently that this building is rusting away.
Therefore, if Mr Gehry's "tin-can"
tower blocks are erected in Hove, they could harmonise well with the rusty remains of the West Pier.
