A man is set to appear in court accused of racially abusing a taxi driver.
The incident allegedly took place Broyle Road, Chichester, on Monday, April 21.
Wayne Dean, 51, of Donegal Avenue, Chichester, has been charged with using threatening and abusive language with intent to cause racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress and fraud by false representation.
He is currently on bail to appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 27.
