I went with a lovely new man over Christmas and think our relationship might turn out to be permanent. But when we got up one morning, I was horrified to see he has lots of tiny white spots on his organ.
Could this be some form of infection? Fortunately, I haven't yet developed any white spots myself.
Lots of younger blokes have totally harmless white spots in this area. They are called "milia", and they tend to disappear as time goes by.
They are not caused by infection. I reckon you need to talk to your new man about your concerns over these white bits. If necessary, he could have a check-up from his GP. But I'm sure the doc will say the spots are quite normal.
