Eager Rod Stewart fans are causing traffic tailbacks as they try to make their way to the show.
23,000 fans are trying to make their way to the American Express Community Stadium, in Brighton, to see the rocker's first gig in the city for 28 years tonight.
Long delays on the A27 Eastbound between A23 London Road (Patcham) and B2123 The Drove (Falmer) are being reported.
Earlier a broken down vehicle within the queue extended delays - but this has since been cleared.
