I would like to congratulate all of our pupils for the hard work they put in to achieve an excellent set of A-level and GCSE results, as shown in the new league tables in The Argus (January 11).
The only downside to the tables was the incorrect figure shown for truancy at our school and several others. The worrying 50 per cent rate given should actually have been a much more reasonable 0.5 per cent.
Anyone who knows Sackville School will know our pupils are hard working and diligent.
