A martial arts expert has swapped the mountains of China for the streets of Brighton.
Shifu Yan Lei is a 34th generation fighting disciple from the legendary Shaolin Temple in the Henan province of China and teaches his specialised knowledge of disciplines qi gong, tai qi and kung fu.
He came to the UK five years ago to set up a Shaolin Temple in London and has now moved to Brighton to share his knowledge.
He believes that through learning the Shaolin Martial Arts, his students not only get fit and healthy but develop a greater ability to succeed.
