Kieron Satturley, aged 34, of Westfield, Bognor, pleaded guilty to being drunk in a public place. He was fined £50, was ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £20.

Bradie Thomson, aged 25, of Pearsons Retreat, Worthing, pleaded guilty to stealing £7.31 worth of groceries at a Co-op store. He was fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £7.31, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £20.

Sanchia Lorraine Robertson, aged 42, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing a £7.49 bottle of Barefoot wine from Tesco Express in Commonwealth Drive, Crawley. She was fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £7.49, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Ronald Francis Fox, aged 71, of Knyveton Court, Grove Road, Burgess Hill, pleaded guilty to drink driving after having 103 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £130, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £160 to the Crown Prosecution Service and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Tharamalingam Appan, aged 30, of Ifield Road, Crawley was found guilty of four counts of selling pirate DVDs from Galaxy Internet and General Stores in Ifield Road, Crawley. He was fined £5,000, ordered to pay costs of £2,000 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Ramin Omar, aged 25, of Mowbray Road, Richmond, pleaded guilty to assault by beating when he attacked a woman in Balcombe Road, Crawley. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Neil Colin Simpson, aged 30, of Stone Court, Balcombe Road, Crawley, was found guilty in his absence of driving without due care and attention. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £620 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Tarek Nasser, aged 26, of Meadway Court, The Boulevard, Worthing, pleaded guilty to being in possession of cannabis. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Kerri Sanders, aged 44, of Lyons Close, Horsham, pleaded guilty to failing to give a breath sample when required to do so.

She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and had her license endorsed with 10 penalty points.

Jason Alan Ronaldson, aged 39, of Charlotte Street, Brighton, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement session. He was ordered to pay costs of £20. He also pleaded guilty to stealing a leg of lamb worth £14.82 and Lynx shower gel worth £29.36. Ronaldson was ordered to pay a total compensation of £44.18, a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £30 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Marc Laurens, aged 39, of London Road, Bexhill, admitted breaching a community order by failing to make himself available for the installation of monitoring equipment. He was ordered to pay costs of £65.

Simone Louise Gallagher, aged 20, of Welwyn Close, Crawley, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. She spat at and kicked the officer outside a nightclub. She was committed to detention for four weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. On the same night, she assaulted a woman by beating her. On a separate occasion she resisted a police officer in the execution of his duty and assaulted another officer. She was jailed for three and four weeks respectively. Gallagher also pleaded guilty to damaging an electronic tag. In total she was ordered to pay £150 in compensation, a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £150 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Gary Edward Bartley, aged 32, of Grand Parade, Brighton, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Shane Andre Beech, aged 47, of Nevill Avenue, Hove, pleaded guilty to failing to attend Brighton Magistrates Court. He was fined £117 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Natasha Campbell, aged 31, of Kingsbury Street, Brighton, pleaded guilty to stealing a £16.99 steam iron from Poundstretcher in London Road, Brighton. She was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Anthony John Nock, aged 43, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer by spitting blood at the officer at Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton. He was jailed for four weeks and was given a four-week suspended sentence for a separate assault charge he was convicted of in December.

Matthew John McEachen, aged 32, of Phoenix Place, Brighton, pleaded guilty to two counts of being in possession of cannabis and failing to attend Brighton Magistrates Court. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £170 to the Crown Prosecution Service. McEachen must also complete a 10-day drug intervention programme and complete 120 hours of unpaid work.

Charlene Palmer, aged 33, of Saltdean Vale, Saltdean, pleaded guilty to two counts of drink driving and one count of driving without insurance. On June 2 she blew 103mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath and on June 3 she blew 71mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mg. She was fined a total of £330, was ordered a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Christopher Steward-Kirby, aged 23, of North Street, Brighton, pleaded guilty to carrying a lock knife in a public place. He was given an eight week sentence suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Matthew Bradshaw, aged 32, of Cross Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer by beating him. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Daniel Ashley Bowler, aged 26, of Saunders Park View, Brighton, pleaded guilty to stealing £15 from a woman and a pair of £150 binoculars from a man. He was ordered to pay compensation of £22, a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and he must comply with a drug rehabilitation programme.

Lisa Stone, aged 47, of West End Way, Lancing, was found guilty of harassing a woman by shouting and swearing at her, threatening to burn down her bungalow and playing music down the phone at her including the lyrics “I’m gonna get you”. She was ordered to participate in community project for 20 days, was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Marian Suchodolinsky, aged 30, of Sandhurst Avenue, Brighton, pleaded guilty to failing to notify the police of a change of address as a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003. He was committed to prison for 10 weeks.

Phillip Dudley Williams, aged 64, of Kingsway, Hove, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment for which was given a six week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He also failed to notify the police of a change of address as a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for which he was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months. In a separate charge, he pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress by acting in an anti-social manner for which he was committed to four weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. Williams was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and must attend a 20-day diversity awareness programme.

Delroy Ayamah, aged 36, of Ditchling Road, Brighton, admitted breaching a community requirement by failing to provide acceptable evidence for absences for supervision sessions. He was ordered to pay costs of £70.

Liam Burbridge, aged 19, of Cowfold Road, Brighton, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on two occasions. He was ordered to pay costs of £70.

Craig Cartwright, aged 33, of North Road, Brighton, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on two occasions. He was ordered to pay costs of £35.

Graham Lee McCartney, aged 29, of Meadow Close, Portslade, admitted breaching a community order by pursuing a woman he was banned from making contact with. He was given a 12 week sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £70.

Andrew John McEvoy, aged 43, of Ditchling Road, Brighton, was found guilty of assaulting a police officer. He was fined £100.

Pietro Serosi, aged 39, of Church Road, Hove, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend two drug rehabilitation requirement sessions. He was fined £70.

Janson Wiliams, aged 33, of Kingsway, Hove, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend two compliance sessions. He was fined £70 costs.

Deborah Winter, aged 49, of Sunview Avenue, Peacehaven, admitted breaching a community order by failing to comply with a drug treatment programme. She was also convicted of damaging a Sainsbury’s window worth £554.48 and assaulting a police officer. She was ordered to pay costs of £35 and must complete a 20-day community project.

Alan John Edmends, aged 42, of Buckingham Place, Brighton, was found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £500 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Matthew Daniel Clarke, aged 29, Terminus Road, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to stealing £200 with of Rimmel make-up from Savers and damaged a window at the Martello Inn in Eastbourne. Jailed for 16 weeks.

Anthony Charles Parsons, aged 52, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a £9.99 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from a Brighton Co-op store. He was given an eight week sentence suspended for 12 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Rezemonda Elena Burloi, aged 23, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing £318.40 worth of food and alcohol from Asda in Hailsham. Jailed for four weeks.

Robert John Warner, aged 51, of Jevington Gardens, Eastbourne, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Sydney Street, Brighton. He was fined £30 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Keenan Anthony James, aged 28, of Craven Road, Brighton, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend a drugs treatment session, behaving unacceptably at another session. Also sentenced for original offence of stealing a Blackberry mobile phone, purse, ID card, bank card and cash valued at £500 from a woman. He was jailed for six weeks.

Jamie Brian Armitt, aged 36, of Grand Parade, Brighton, pleaded guilty to causing £200 worth of damage to a Ford KA. He was ordered to pay compensation of £300.

Adrian Alexander Bridger, aged 34, of no fixed address, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend probation supervision for which he was ordered to comply with a 10-day drug intervention programme. Bridger also pleaded guilty to stealing £13 worth of food from Marks and Spencer in Lewes Road for which he was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Justin Richman, aged 60, of Dorothy Avenue, Peacehaven, was found guilty of causing £70 worth of damage to the tyre of a Ford Focus. A restraining order was made prohibiting Richman from contacting the victim and he was jailed for four weeks in prison, which will run concurrently with a 32 week suspended sentence he is already serving for two counts of assaulting a police officer, two counts of assault, two counts of assault by beating and one count of breaching his bail.

Andrew Paul Swift, aged 40, of Moorhen Close, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to attending an address he was prohibited from doing under a non-molestation order. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Adam Clive Matthew Martin, aged 24, of Upper Chalvington Close, Brighton, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend two drug treatment sessions. He was given a four week sentence suspended for 18 months.

Warren Leake, aged 30, of The Avenue, Goring, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by attending an address and resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. Both charges were discharged conditionally for 12 months and he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Kevin Martin, aged 50, of West Street, Sompting, was found guilty of destroying a £500 laptop.He was ordered to comply with a curfew for six weeks and pay £400 in compensation. He was also found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £775 to the Crown Prosecution Service. A restraining order was issued against Martin prohibiting him from making contact with the victim.

Jamie Simons, aged 42, of Parklands Avenue, Bognor, pleaded guilty to harassment by sending text messages, knocking on the victim’s door and following her to the shops. A restraining order prohibiting him from making contact with the victim was issued and he will be electronically tagged for six weeks to make sure he complies with a curfew. Simons was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution service.

Jason Anthony Slaughter, aged 26, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor, pleaded guilty to damaging a doorframe and assaulting a woman by beating her. He was ordered to participate in an alcohol treatment programme for 12 days, carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Slawomir Pawel Wawrzysuk, aged 38, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to failing to attend Worthing Magistrates Court for which he was discharged unconditionally for 12 months. He also admitted stealing a £2.99 umbrella from Sports Direct in Chichester and Oxo Cubes worth 99p from Iceland for which he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Harry David Keith Mackenzie, aged 44, of Chester Avenue, Worthing, pleaded guilty to racially-aggravated harassment when he used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing two people harassment, alarm or distress. He was ordered to attend an anger management and behaviour activity programme for 12 days, carry our 80 hours of unpaid work and a restraining order was issued prohibiting him from making contact with the victims. Mackenzie was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £100 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Craig Aaron Newman, aged 25, of Sackville Road, Worthing, pleaded guilty to damaging a white iPhone 4s and a window to the value of £430. He was ordered to serve a community order whereby he would be on a curfew for four weeks, pay compensation of £230 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Jeremy Power, aged 36, of no fixed address, was found guilty of stalking a woman in Worthing by turning up at various work places, the victim’s partners’ address, emailing her and messaging her on Facebook for which he was committed to six weeks in prison suspended for two years and a restraining order was issued prohibiting him from contacting the victim. Power also found guilty of resisting and assaulting a police officer as well as sending a grossly offensive electronic message for which he was committed to a total of four weeks in prison suspended for two years, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Natalie Taylor, aged 25, of Anscombe Road, Worthing, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend two supervision sessions. She was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 24 months and must comply with an alcohol treatment programme.

Lee Tomlinson, aged 30, of Emerald Quay, Shoreham, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend two unpaid work sessions. He was fined £113 and ordered to pay costs of £75.

Chane Ian Hill, aged 42, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two charges of stealing two bottles of aftershave from a Boots in Brighton and one charge of stealing three mobile phone cases from Homesense in Brighton. Breached a non-molestation order committed in Surrey, he was jailed for a total of four weeks for the theft charges and 18 weeks for breaching the non-molestation order.

Jack Maxwell Philp, aged 24, of Central Avenue, Telscombe Cliffs, was found guilty of resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty, racially aggravated harassment and also causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words at Subway in North Street, Brighton. He was fined £400 for resisting a police officer, £600 for the racially aggravated harassment, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £625 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Chen Yu, aged 21, of Little Preston Street, Brighton, pleaded guilty to three counts of sexually touching women without their consent in Primark, Western Road, Brighton. He was ordered to comply with a community order of a 19-day curfew, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

David Groom, aged 26, of Mariners Wharf Fort Road, Newhaven, pleaded guilty to drink driving when he blew 101mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mg.

He pleaded guilty to taking the car without consent and failing to stop after an accident. Groom admitted driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and driving without a licence. He admitted possession of cocaine. He was sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and banned from driving for four years.

Peter Kingston, aged 43, of Ingram Cresent, Hove, found guilty of being drunk and disorderly and being in charge of a dog which injured a police officer whilst being dangerously out of control He admitted for counts of theft, retaining or assisting in retaining stolen goods, a community order breach, failing to produce a sample for drug testing. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and a community order was made against him requiring him to attend a six month drug rehabilitation programme.

Ian Foster, aged 39, of Whitehawk Close, Brighton, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend a probation supervision session and unpaid work. He was ordered to pay costs of £25.

Danny Phillips, aged 29, of Newick Road, Brighton, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend three unpaid work sessions. He was ordered to pay costs of £25.

Jamie Richard Potter, aged 22, of St Albans Road, Portslade, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Breached community order. He was ordered to pay costs of £25 and given four week curfew.

Wayne Ingram, aged 26, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of wine, a sandwich and a newspaper from the Co-op in Blatchington Road, Hove. He was fined £92 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Edward Stephen Iles, aged 24, of Darbys Cottages, Wadhurst, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. He was fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £24 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Five penalty points were added to his license.
