This stunning image of a pregnant woman was shot by students at a Sussex college as part of their studies.
Model Tanya Dennis posed for BTEC photography students Lauren Richards, 19, and 18-year-old Shazia Mirza, both from Crawley and who both attend Central Sussex College. The shoot was co-ordinated by media lecturer Donald Allen to give the students the chance to diversify their portfolio and improve their photographic skills.
Shazia, to wants to study photography at university, said: “It makes a huge difference to go to university interviews with a portfolio that has got the professional range that ours contain.”
Media student Taylor Denness, 16, from Horley, also joined the shoot to record video clips for future training. She said: “It gave me a real insight into how a professional photo session goes on.”
And model Tanya said: “The students took a lot of care over the shots and as the session progressed, my confidence grew and grew. I can’t wait to see the results.”
