Council officials have ordered property owners to clean up a former restaurant which has fallen into a bad state of disrepair.
Brighton and Hove City Council has served an enforcement order on the battered and boarded up property at 67 Preston Street. The notice, which took effect at the start of this month, requires the landlord to carry out a host of repairs by January next year including removing rotten sections of rotten timber, replacement of broken windows and repairing cracks.
