West Dean Gardens, near Chichester, Friday, August 8, to Sunday, August 10.
CELEBRITY chefs, a vintage steam fair and more than 250 varieties of chilli are all descending on West Dean for the 19th celebration of spicy food.
Among the big names giving demonstrations over the weekend are Celebrity Masterchef contestant Wayne Sleep, Jeremy Wang from the London School Of Wok, Nisha Katona, writer of Curry In A Hurry and chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory.
As well as recipes there will be practical information about growing chillies at home from West Dean’s gardening supervisor Sarah Wain and more than 150.
