Helen Barker, 33, of St Helens Road, Hastings, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 40mph on the A259 King Offa Way, contrary to sections 81 and 89 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984. She was fined £100, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and given three penalty points on her driving licence.
Sheridan Newman, 18, of Chatsworth Close, St Leonards, pleaded guilty to, without lawful excuse, damaging an internal door to the value of £150. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
