An arrest has been made in connection with a man who died after his dog was attacked by other pets.
Peter Morley, 74, was walking his dog at about 10am on Sunday July 20 in Turkey Road, Bexhill, when it is believed it was attacked by two other dogs.
Mr Morley, of Jubilee Road, Bexhill, fell to the ground and suffered a head injury during an argument with the owner of the two dogs. He died 10 days later.
A 36-year-old man from Bexhill has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and has been bailed until November 9 while investigations continue.
