A CAFE that sells organic food has opened after refurbishment.
Infinity Food Kitchen in Gardner Street, Brighton, opened on October 17 after staff made finishing touches to the signage earlier this week.
The new outlet promises the “same happy, chilled cafe” serving vegetarian and vegan food.
Chefs make fresh food every day and for those with dietary needs there are cakes with no sugar, no wheat or no milk.
The cafe won a bronze award for Best Sustainable Food Business at last year’s Brighton and Hove Food and Drink Festival.
It recycles its own glass, cans, plastic, Tetra-paks and cardboard as well as composting all daily food waste.
As a co-operative, it is a business run by its workers.
