Vintage car catches fire in the middle of the road
A VINTAGE car broke down in the middle of a road and caught fire.
A fire crew turned up on the A2100 in Battle at 11.30am today and spent about 20 minutes tackling it.
Firefighters used breathing gear to get close to the fire, possibly caused by a fuel leak, and put it out.
Sussex Police was informed though the fire was put down to accidental ignition.
