We are being asked not to go to A&E with small problems that can be sorted at the doctors.
Well my surgery have changed the way you see a doctor now.
I called to make a appointment this afternoon to be told I have to call back when the doctor is in, tomorrow afternoon, explain to the doctor why I want to see them and then they will decide if you need to see them.
Am I silly getting annoyed or does it seem like a waste of my time, telephone calls, especially if the doctor has to call back which means I have to stay in, and the doctor’s time.
I always thought the receptionist asked what was wrong and would suggest seeing a chemist instead.
