Remove the mess
Having always been a responsible dog owner and picking up my dogs mess in East Park, then carrying the bag some distance to the nearest bin, imagine my surprise, not to mention disgust, when this sight greeted me and this in a park much used by the public.
This is not the only bin I have seen full to overflowing in our area.
We responsible dog owners are playing our part. Isn’t it time we had a responsible council who will play their part?
