CRASH: A259 closed near East Dean
A busy stretch of the A259 has reopened following a serious two car crash.
A Ford Fiesta and a Nissan Micra were involved in a collision on the A259 near East Dean, between Seaford and Eastbourne.
Sussex Police are unable to confirm the extent of injuries of those involved but the crash was described as "serious".
It happened at about 1.45pm and an ambulance was sent to the scene.
