Thick smoke billowed from a flat after a late-night blaze.
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service was called to Roedale Road, Brighton, at 10pm last night (Wednesday).
On arriving at the scene they reported the flat was heavily smoke logged after a fire started in a bedroom.
Fire crew used a PPV fan to clear the smoke before putting out the blaze. The fire started accidently.
