Fire crews have tackled a blaze in a second floor bathroom in Hove.
The emergency services were alerted to to reports of a extractor fan fire at an address in St Aubyns in Hove at 7.18am.
Crews found a fire in a second floor bathroom.
They used two breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and CO2.
The room suffered heat and smoke damage.
Investigators found the cause of the fire to be accidental.
